The few Original staff members that are still there are The Best and should be running the facility. The staff at the check in windows are not the friendliest and It's as if they are there to frustrate you prior to your appointment time. I remember when the atmosphere was friendly. It was family and community based. You would see children running and laughing, they staff would sit and read books to the kids and talk to the parents. Now it's Convenient for the elderly

My husband and I are trying to have dental work done here. First off I was told your work may not be efficent if you cannot come in the morning because of labe pick up times. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! After waiting over TWO HOUR TO BE SEEN, I was told this is normal and that ALL appointments are overbooked. I immediately cancel my business with this place. My husband was seen by his appointed dentist within 10 minutes of his appointment time and left. Because of his service he has asked me to give them a try. I am going to try to work with his dentist in the future and if that is not possible I am sure they have lost 2 patients. I am sharing a post I recently read because I could have written the sam exact words including the OB/GYN section is amazing and this is why I decided to come to the dental location. HERE IS THE OTHER REVIEW FROM 1 WEEK AGO! The wait for dental is ridiculous, you guys really need to do better. Making an appointment and waiting two hours is crazy because people have things to do. The wait for dental is ridiculous, you guys really need to do better. Making an appointment and waiting two hours is crazy because people have things to do. Who wants to stay in your office for half a day. The absolute worst. The ladies at the front are so rude and don’t know how to talk to the patients. OBGYN is the ONLY office that take appointments and people time into consideration. I would never recommend going here for dental.

I am giving this one-star review specifically due to a negative experience with the dental receptionist I spoke to around 11:00 AM on Wednesday the 10th of June. Her phone etiquette was unprofessional; she seemed frustrated when I tried to reschedule an appointment and maintained an impatient, dismissive tone throughout the call. To make matters worse, she hung up on me as I thanked her for her help. As someone who also works in public service, I understand the job can be stressful, but this level of rudeness is unacceptable for a patient-facing role."

The staff is extremely rude and lack professionalism. The wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment. You’re waiting 2 hours past your appointment time to see the doctor. It doesn’t matter which department. The best department is pediatrics. The nurses there are very polite and friendly. Anytime you call pediatrics. Your call is always answered and with the utmost respect. They accommodate all your requests, and you never have to wait long. They should all learn a thing or two from pediatrics. I had very high hopes for this place. After seeing all the beautiful changes they made to the building and changing the name. I’ve had enough. I’m currently looking for a new health center.
